Shannon got her start in the entertainment industry in 1995 working with
the Footlight Players Theatre Company in Charleston, SC. She did everything from acting and stage management to
set construction and tech work. She moved around for awhile and eventually settled in Los Angeles in 2001 where she
is pursuing a career in acting and directing.
Shannon is currently on sabbatical in Denver, CO, where she is relaxing, writing and helping
some family out while doing some advocacy work for women and children. She is also a part time professional poker player
and martial artist. She is incredibly homesick though and will be returning to LA permanently this summer!
